At the University of Calgary, we offer cooperative education (co-op) and internship opportunities so you can jump start your career while you’re still in university. Not only can you earn an income while completing your degree, but participating in an internship/co-op also allows you to make contacts in your industry and gain experience to add to your résumé. Many companies hire their internship/co-op students once they’ve finished their studies, so you may land yourself a career before you even graduate!

Internships are available to all of our engineering students, as well as students completing a computer science degree. Co-op opportunities are available to students enrolled in actuarial science, ecology, and any of our arts or commerce programs.
