| Description: | A Chinese language program, offering courses in introductory and intermediate Mandarin Chinese, is currently administered through the Department of German. First-year students may enrol at any level, as determined by their previous knowledge of the language. Enrolment in all courses is limited.
The Chinese language has proven to be an important asset in pursuing a career in business, teaching, engineering, linguistics, life sciences, etc. The Faculty of Arts and Science does not offer a degree program concentrating in Chinese. Students can use Chinese courses toward the completion of an International Studies Certificate. |
