Requirements for Canadian Students

Admission to all programs at the University of Calgary will be on a competitive basis. Applicants from high school will be considered for admission on the basis of equivalent senior matriculation. Completion of at least 12 years of schooling and satisfactory standing in five distinct and appropriate subjects (including English and four academic subjects) equivalent to the Alberta 30 level subjects is required. Applicants whose educational documents are in a language other than English or French must provide official transcripts, which list the subjects studied and the final grades achieved, as well as notarized English translations. Procedure for Canadian Students

Application forms for undergraduate studies are available online from October 1st until March 1st. Applicants to the Faculty of Graduate Studies can access the application for admission online.
