DescriptionThis certificate introduces the student to the field of psychology and the basic skills for helping others. It is intended for students who are interested in a career in therapy, counselling, psychiatry, and clinical psychology.

In consultation with the college’s Practicum Coordinator, the student must complete 60 hours of volunteer work at an appropriate placement. This is in addition to the required courses.
