Description | If you want to own your own restaurant, advance your culinary skills, train to be a manager or work and/or do your internship in Europe, this program is for you.
This program is designed to build on previous culinary management education and to equip students with the skills required to assume managerial roles in the kitchen, leading to executive chef positions and/or advanced specialization in such areas as baking and pastry, butchery, international cuisines, nutritional analysis, menu management and quantity food production. The program develops a new postsecondary learning pathway for students interested in becoming executive chefs, restaurant and or food/beverage directors or restaurant owners.
