| Description | Looking for a career in the world's largest and fastest growing industry? Excited about seeing, experiencing and working around the world? This program offers two semesters of study and a four-month internship, locally or internationally. This is a one-year graduate certificate program designed to provide a clear understanding of the underlying concepts and principles of the tourism and hospitality industry and to equip students with the necessary foundation skills for a professional career in tourism and hospitality management and operations. Graduates of the program will be able to seek supervisory and junior management positions in a number of sectors within the hospitality and tourism sectors including: attractions, accommodation, airlines, tour operations, e-tourism distribution and marketing, government agencies, food and beverage, cruise and event planning.
