| Description | The one-year certificate in Advertising and Promotions for Retail runs concurrently with the first year of the diploma Advertising Program. Students take the same classes with the diploma students, with the addition of a Practicum at the end of the year. The focus of the year’s studies is on the advertising and promotional activities undertaken by retail establishments. Students graduate with strong fundamental skills in planning, layout, and writing for retail Âadvertising.
