Description | The Counselling Psychology Program comprises two fields of study: Counselling and Psychotherapy (MEd) and Guidance and Counselling (MEd) COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY provides students with the basic preparation for certification as a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Basic Program Requirements: 10 half courses, practicum, comprehensive exam
GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING (MEd) provides students with the basic preparation for certification as a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Students completing this MEd program may have their degree credited toward Parts I and II of the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
