Prerequisites NotesApplicants must hold a baccalaureate degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale for all undergraduate or graduate course work. Applicants must also have the equivalent of 12 semester credit hours in baccalaureate level psychology with a grade of C or better. These courses must include introductory psychology, research methods and two other courses in the fields of psychology or organizational studies.

DescriptionIntegrating theory, research, applied skills, and community service, our Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology provides students with in-depth, theoretical knowledge and applied skills for effective professional practice in organizational psychology.

Our program places particular focus on social responsibility and issues that are changing the way work is conducted, organized and managed today. Students are equipped with evidence-based skills and leadership capabilities to maximize organizational performance in human, social and economic terms.
