If you are searching for an accredited Institution in BC, you will find a list of some hundred and fifty private schools that are government accredited. Government accreditation in BC is a thorough and sophisticated process of compliance with BC’s Ministry of Advanced Education and Innovation’s (BC MAEI) guidelines.

Among these accredited schools, ITD Canada stands at one of the most modern technology-based medium-sized accredited colleges.

ITD Canada believes in quality education. During its operation in the past 14 years, it has accomplished a lot by implementing different governmental and private quality assurance frameworks.

ITD Canada is one of the very few colleges in the entire country that is accredited by PCTIA and MAEI, EQA (Education Quality Assurance) branded by the BC MAEI and Languages Canada accredited language training center.

ITD Canada has achieved all these certifications because of its tireless effort in delivering the best possible education to a variety of students.

At ITD Canada, we believe in Learner based education. As a result, we constantly review our education resources to cater to all different type of learners including but not limited to, visual, audio visual and kinesthetic learners. Our philosophy as a vocational college is to simulate the work environment so our graduates end up with a diverse and comprehensive portfolio rather than simple school projects that have no real world relevance. We constantly and tirelessly consult industry leaders and different advisory committees to create an environment that our graduates will be experiencing in the real world upon graduation.

At ITD Canada, we do more than just train. Beside our day-to-day instruction, our team of researchers look into what industry needs and more importantly what industry lacks. We conduct studies into hiring practices of employers. We search for reasons as to why an individual loses his or her job. After gathering such data, our academic team tries to further modify and improve our teaching methods and materials so we can accommodate the needs of industry and can train individuals that are more employable.

Thanks to our research, we are proud of the fact that we have consistently achieved documented employments rate of well over 2/3 upon graduation. Policies like providing free (limited time) English classes to our Diploma students and guaranteeing co-op placements have helped us to identify and resolve the issues of new comers and international students when it comes to job seeking and employment.

ITD Canada believes in multiculturalism and equality. Our campus is fun yet serious and everyone including staff, instructors and students are team members that strive for one common goal, TO LEARN A RELEVANT SUBJECT AND APPLY THAT KNOWLEDGE IN THE WORK PLACE.

OUR teamwork spirit is what makes us different. Staff, students and instructors work together in harmony supported by mutual respect and understanding. Everyone at school tries his/her best to make the team successful in order to reach and surpass the team’s goals. We have proved that our model works by troubleshooting and solving students’ problems whether they are financial, homestay related, transportation and learning disabilities.

ITD Canada also offers many extracurricular activities that are fun and healthy. Biking in beautiful Vancouver, summer activities, Judo club enrollment, various sport activities, potlucks and BBQs, are only some of the activities we do to help our students have a memorable student life.

ITD Canada is a jewel to be discovered, as it is obvious that we have a lot to offer. We’re confident that ITD Canada has placed itself in the top 1% of quality institutions in the country. Most of the time our programs are richer in content and more reasonable in price than public colleges and universities. All you have to do is compare and find out for yourself.

At ITD Canada, we are committed to our leadership role on the market to continuously shine as a diamond on the ring of post-secondary education.
