Degree: Certificate ; Online
Field of Study: Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Description: Students may now complete the Paralegal / Legal Assistant Part-time Certificate program entirely over the Internet. The course content and structure of the program generally mirrors the part-time certificate program currently offered to students who can attend classes in person.

In 1997, the Online Paralegal / Legal Assistant Program was designed to follow the success of the Diploma and on-site Certificate programs for students who were unable to take locally scheduled classes. Over the last 10 years, the online program has been a source of paralegal education for students from local, national and international Commonwealth countries and from civil jurisdictions. This program is designed for students who are presently working in a law office or legal department.
