The Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Practice/ Bachelor of Science in Environmental Practice (BAEP/BScEP) program is a 30-credit online undergraduate degree offered as either the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Science. Both programs are coordinated by Royal Roads University and utilize courses from universities and colleges across the country. The BAEP/BScEP programs are offered through the Canadian Centre for Environmental Education (CCEE), which is a partnership of Royal Roads University and Environmental Careers Organization of Canada (ECO Canada). These programs follow the objectives of the other CCEE programs where the curriculum addresses the academic support and knowledge requirements underpinning the National Occupational Standards defined for professional certification.
Applicants must have a minimum "B" (3.0/4.33) GPA, completion of the Certificate in Environmental Practice, or a minimum of 90 arts/science credits with a minimum 30 credits at the 300 level or higher.
Students who do not meet the minimum GPA requirement may be eligible for flexible admission providing they have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
