Requirements for Canadian Students
Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent. Many programs also require specific prerequisites at the secondary school level. Some programs will require pre-testing, applicant interviews, and orientation sessions or essay submissions. Please check the current full-time calendar or the Web site for details.
Requirements for International Students
International students must meet the same academic standards and program requirements established for Canadian applicants. Contact email@example.com and your admissions assistant can help you determine the admission requirements for your program.
If English is not your first language, you must also provide English language scores for all programs except our English for Academic Purposes program, which is designed to prepare students for further studies.
For post-secondary programs, an applicant requires 6.0 overall with no bands less than 5.5 (IELTS). For TOEFL, an applicant requires 80 overall, with no bands less than 20 (internet based) or 550 (paper based).
For post-graduate or fast track programs, an applicant requires 6.5 overall with no bands less than 6.0 (IELTS). For TOEFL, an applicant requires 88 overall with no bands less than 22 (internet based) or 580 (paper based).

Procedure for Canadian Students
Application for traditional apprenticeship programs is made through the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities Apprenticeship and Adjustment Branch. Please call (416) 326-5800 for details.
For our post-secondary programs, students should submit a completed application and transcript to Ontario College Application Services (OCAS) at www.ontariocolleges.ca. The application service will send your application to the colleges you have chosen. You may be asked to complete questionnaires, provide portfolios, attend interviews, and/or take part in testing or information sessions. The application processing fee is $95.00. The application fee is payable to OCAS. The preferential deadline for full-time diploma programs beginning in September is February 1.

Procedure for International Students
International students can apply to Centennial College in one of 3 ways:
1) Apply through an authorized agent in your region.
2) Apply online: www.centennialcollege.ca
3) Email firstname.lastname@example.org for individual assistance.
Apprenticeship programs and Paramedics or Para Medicine programs are not open to international students.
Application processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks. You will also need to leave time for Study Permit processing. Your Centennial College International Admissions Assistant can help you detemine required Study Permit processing time for your region.
