Notes for Canadian Students:
You can start in any term you like, but most students begin their University of Winnipeg studies in the fall term. In that case, follow these deadlines:

Advanced Early Admission - December 1 deadline
Early Admission - March 1 deadline
Regular Admission - July 2 deadline (Note: while applications are accepted until this date, the March 1st deadline is recommended).

Notes for International Students:
Application deadlines are generally three months before the start of classes to enable you time to obtain a Study Permit and other necessary documents.

Note: The above quoted tuition is based on students entering in the 2010-2011 school year.

Ancillary Student Fees
Lowest: $25.00
Highest: $125.00

NOTE:
This fee is mandatory.

Ancillary fee is $25.00 per six credit hour course.

Application Fees
Lowest: $75.00
Highest: $90.00

NOTE:
This fee is mandatory.

Application fee is $75.00 for Canadian applicants and $90.00 for international applicants.

Athletic Levy Fee
Lowest: $47.70
Highest: $47.70

NOTE:
This fee is mandatory.

A non-refundable $35.00 Athletic Levy is applied to all students. This money is used to support the Duckworth Centre and to maintain the operation of the facilities within it. This also counts as a once a year gym membership fee, allowing students to access the Gym facilities free of charge all year.

Lab Fees
Lowest: $15.00
Highest: $150.00

NOTE:
This fee is mandatory.

A Lab fee is $15.00 for a three credit hour course and $30.00 for a six credit hour course. This will be applied to all lab courses in Kinesiology and Applied Health, Theatre and Film, and Psychology, as well as to a specified list of Science lab courses in Applied Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physical Geography, and Physics. This fee supports the cost of supplies and equipment for the labs.

Registration Fees
Lowest: $26.16
Highest: $125.00

This fee is mandatory.

Registration fee is $25.00 per six credit hour course.

Student Health Plan Fees
Lowest: $226.31
Highest: $426.95

NOTE:
This fee is not mandatory.

Canadian students with alternate health coverage may opt out of part or the entire health plan and have the fees refunded. All international students must purchase the International Student Health Insurance Plan prior to registration.

Health plan fee for single Canadian student is:

Sept 1st 2009 to August 31st 2010- 226.31
Jan 1st 2010 to August 31st 2010-153.15
May 1st 2010 to August 31st 2010-79.99

Health plan fee for single international students is $456 single annual rate. Please contact the International Office for more information.

The University of Winnipeg Students\\' Association and Building Fund Fees
Lowest: $27.60
Highest: $138.00

NOTE:
This fee is mandatory.

The University of Winnipeg Students' Association fee is $21.78 per six credit hour course and Building Fund fee is $10.89 per six credit hour course.
