Located in Regina, Saskatchewan – the sunniest capital and one of the top five cities to live in, in Canada, the University of Regina is situated on Wascana Park, the largest urban park in North America. Regina is a hub of activity with many cultural, community and recreational events and boasts one of the strongest economies in Canada – which provides many opportunities for our students and graduates.

The University offers more than 70 programs that provide a balance of scholarship, research and public service. Programs are offered across ten Faculties: Arts, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, Graduate Studies and Research, Fine Arts, Kinesiology and Health Studies, Nursing Science, and Social Work

The University of Regina established the first cooperative education program in western Canada and currently provides co-op opportunities in more than 50 areas of study including liberal arts, business administration, engineering and science. Students are provided with several learning opportunities through the University of Regina main campus or one of the three federated colleges; First Nations University of Canada, Luther College and Campion College. Federated colleges provide students with opportunities to study liberal arts, fine arts or sciences in a smaller community environment.

The University of Regina boasts thirteen research centres and institutes that enhance the teaching and research opportunities available on campus. Innovation Place Regina, located adjacent to the main campus, has produced synergies and research partnerships with industry and government.
