The University of Toronto English Language Program (ELP) has been providing language instruction to non-native speakers for almost 50 years, making it one of the most experienced English language providers in North America. Renowned for its level of academic quality, supportive environment, and wide range of courses for all levels of English proficiency, the ELP serves over 2,000 students annually from as many as 60 countries all over the globe.
