  •  Grade12 Mathematics 
  •  Grade11 Biology  or  Grade11 Physics  or  Grade11 Chemistry 
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Mature Student Status with:

  • Grade 11 mathematics (C, M or U)
  • AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SCIENCES:

  • Grade 11 or 12 biology (C, M or U)
