Description: | This Graduate Prosthodontics Program prepares students for academic and clinical careers in the specialty of Prosthodontics. All aspects of the broad specialty are covered, including the scientific basis and clinical skills in fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics plus exposure to maxillofacial prosthetics. Particular emphasis is made to prepare the candidates for an evidence-based practice approach to patient care. Comprehensive treatment involves partially and completely edentulous patients, including those with maxillofacial defects. The program includes training in performing dental implant surgery. |
