Description:The Collaborative PhD is a program of study and research defined jointly by advisors from the University of Manitoba and a collaborating university. Students will choose a lead university – the university at which the student will spend more time in residence – and a partner university. Students will maintain full-time registration at both universities and must spend a minimum of one year at each institution. Students will defend their thesis only once at one of the universities. At the end of the program, the student will receive a PhD from the University of Manitoba and the collaborating university.

Admission Requirements
