Description: | The program focuses on the primary production industry (crops and livestock), while at the same time exploring skills required for employment throughout the supply chain. Although many of our students have farming backgrounds and some will return to the farm upon graduation to partner within the family business; many find careers throughout the sub-sector industries from input supply to transportation, food safety and inspection, to processing, warehousing, procurement, and marketing to retail.
