Candidates for admission to the Advanced Diploma in Food Safety must be graduates of an appropriate diploma of technology (three (3) years duration), or a bachelor degree, or a combination of work experience and formal education acceptable to the Admissions Committee, and have completed introductory courses in biology and chemistry. |
