Description: | The Clinical Pharmacology fellowship is a 2 year program. Applicants usually have completed 3 years of Internal Medicine in an accredited Canadian training program. They will also consider applicants who have completed core accredited training in Pediatrics as well. All applicants must be eligible for educational licensure in the province of Ontario. They will accept 1-2 new fellows each year. |
