Student may study for a specialization in Business Management, Accounting, Not for Profit, Human Resources, or Social Entrepreneurship, with an additional area program in International Business. This program also offers students a distinctive benefit in that it includes a practicum component, wherein students will have the opportunity to get on-the-ground experience in their specialized field of interest.
Students in the Redekop School of Business benefit from a program designed for optimal experience along with the academics. Getting involved means that a student will have access to volunteer opportunities, networking experience, workshops for skill development, and one on one mentoring/coaching to enhance their program pathway. Some students decide that opting in to the co-op program is one way of getting the entry level experience needed to propel them forward at the time of graduation, and allow them to earn the funds needed to pay for academic studies while they are studying rather than accumulating debt.
