| Description: | Millar's program is unique in its emphasis on the integration of the academic and practical, of classroom study and real life ministry. Thus, you will alternate one week of campus instruction with three weeks of supervised ministry for the academic year.
Opportunities for ministry are diverse. Internships may be completed in local churches and parachurch organizations. Internships have been completed as assistant pastors, youth pastors, camp directors and counsellors. Students have ministered to adults, young people and children. In the 2004/2005 school year, Millar sent out its first fourth-year student to do their internship overseas. |
