Completion of a DDS or equivalent degree is required, with a grade point average of at least 3.4 (or equivalent qualification) in the last 60 units of course weight of their dental program. Applicants to the Orthodontics program must have completed at least one year of experience as a licensed dentist immediately prior to the start of the program. |

A letter from your Dental School noting your graduation ranking (it should include the number of students in your graduating class and your ranking within the class).
Letter(s) of good standing from current and previous licensing bodies.
Standardized test results issued directly from the testing agency (i.e. IELTS or TOEFL results). Photocopies will not be accepted. Test scores must be valid and verifiable.
Three letters of reference. Note, only three letters will be considered.
