Western University and London's Fanshawe College are partners in offering this four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree. This arrangement allows for more students to be accepted into the program. The curriculum offered at both sites is identical and students develop the same skills and knowledge base regardless of where they start the program. All students who successfully complete the program receive a BScN from Western.

Admission Requirements

Prerequisites:*These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
  •  Grade12 English 
  •  Grade12 Biology 
  •  Grade12 Chemistry 
  •  Grade12 Functions and Relations 
The math credit can either be Functions and Relations (MCF3M), or Functions (MCR3U). Applicants who do not meet the Grade 11 Math requirement, will require a minimum of 65% in one Grade 12 U level Math course.

Additional Admission Requirements:
    At the Western site (OUAC code ENW), you will complete all four years of the program at Western University. At the Fanshawe site (OUAC code ENF), you will study at Fanshawe for the first two years before moving to Western for years 3 and 4.

    Program admission requirements are the same at both sites. This is a highly competitive program and students are encouraged to apply to both the Western and Fanshawe sites.
