Description: | In this academically rigorous program, you can complete an MA degree through coursework and an advanced research project. The M.A. degree can generally be completed in one calendar year (September to September) through the completion of courses and either a major research paper or a master's thesis. All of our students are eligible for excellent university and departmental entrance scholarships and for teaching positions. The Department is committed to providing funding packages that match or beat those of other MA programs.
UWindsor’s Political Science MA program allows you to be part of a vibrant academic community and to be associated with active researchers and research centres. The Political Science program’s international character is reflected in its students, faculty and border location with the United States. The University of Windsor frequently “partners" with U.S. universities in the metropolitan Detroit area for joint programs, seminars and symposia.
