In this course, you will practice the verbal, nonverbal, and interpersonal skills necessary for effective, culturally appropriate interaction in business situations. Explore a range of oral forms including persuasion, negotiation, clarification, and social small talk in a variety of business settings, including international contexts. Course work focuses on case studies and practice meetings. Expect up to three hours of homework each week. |
