Description:Mathematics in Society is perfect for you if you are considering a career or graduate degrees in any logically or analytically intensive field, such as economics, finance, business, and law. In addition to a set of core Mathematics courses, you can take a broad spectrum of mathematically-oriented courses from other disciplines to round out this degree, including courses in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Earth Sciences, Economics, Financial Modelling, Philosophy, and the Actuarial and Statistical Sciences.

You can complete this program as a Bachelor or an Honours Bachelor degree. Registration in the honours degree usually begins in the second year, but admission may be gained in the third or fourth year provided you meet requirements.

Two of: Advanced Functions (MHF4U), Math of Data Management (MDM4U), Biology (SBI4U), Chemistry (SCH4U), (Physics (SPH4U), Earth and Space Sciences (SES4U), Computer and Information Science (ICS4U).
