Applicants are required to have completion of the English component of the SRA; two references from a Social Service employer, volunteer supervisor, teacher, or social service professional, attesting to their personal suitability for work in this field; and a work/volunteer experience resumé. Applicants must have at least 30 verifiable hours of volunteer experience in the past three years. Applicants are also required to submit a written statement (max. 4 pages) on their interest in the social service field, their understanding of what the field is about, and types of attributes they possess that would make them a viable candidate for this program. |
