Description:In Accounting, you'll learn about financial reporting, management accounting for decision-making, taxation and auditing. The Accounting stream is accredited by the Charter's Professional Accountants of Ontario, which means you'll be able to pursue a CPA designation in addition to a vast array of careers in accounting. A CPA designation provides you with a toolkit of skills and knowledge that are in high demand by top organizations across every sector and is your passport to working anywhere around the world.

You can complete this program as a Bachelor or an Honours Bachelor degree. Registration in the honours degree usually begins in the second year, but admission may be gained in the third or fourth year provided you meet requirements.

As a student in DAN Management & Organizational studies, you'll also have the opportunity to apply to the DAN Management Internship Program. This program facilitates paid and career-related placements so you can work full-time for 8 to 16 months, following the third year of study. As with a traditional co-op degree, your graduation will be delayed by one year while you acquire marketable skills and work experience. Admission Requirements

  • 2 of  Grade12 Advanced Functions  or  Grade12 Mathematics of Data Management  or  Grade12 Calculus and Vectors
