The Flight Services: Operations and Cabin Management diploma program encourages you to develop career-related skills, knowledge and behaviours to effectively perform a variety of functions required in providing passenger safety and exceptional customer service as you work in the airline industry. Airline travel is business and emphasis is placed on developing a service-driven attitude to service customers while effectively handling the diverse range of safety related duties on the ground and in-flight. Prior to graduation and launching your professional career you’ll have an opportunity to obtain your Seneca College Wings at the Annual Wing Pinning Ceremony.
