| Description: | The Human Resources Administration diploma program at CDI College provides hands-on training in key concepts for students looking to start a new career in a modern HR department. In the program, students receive training in the fundamentals of HR, including leadership, organizational behaviour, staffing, privacy and confidentiality, labour relations, and employment legislation. Students will also get a thorough refresher in business communications, interpersonal abilities, proofreading skills, and the importance of training, developing, and retaining employees.
