Douglas College’s Bachelor of Business Administration in Management will give you a solid academic foundation in the study of management topics as well as job-ready skills in an industry of your choice. This four-year bachelor’s degree will teach you essential business skills such as accounting, finance, economics, marketing, writing and critical thinking, and take a deep dive into management topics such as human resources, interpersonal conflict, innovation, change management and ethical decision-making. You'll then narrow the focus of your studies and gain practical industry-relevant skills through in a concentration of your choice. Choose from financial services management, hospitality management, international business management, project management, supply chain management and trades management.
