DescriptionSociology explores society and the promise of, and resistance to, social change. Studying the essential themes of power, inequalities, and movements for equity and social justice will help you develop a critical understanding of social media, cities and their challenges, immigration and belonging, and Indigenous perspectives. Experiential learning highlights include international and community engagement projects, advanced research training, a capstone bridging course and an optional thesis.
