| Description | This online class will cover a set of proven and highly respected methodologies and tools focused on tackling waste and variability in processes, also known as Lean Six Sigma.
Rising costs, missed delivery deadlines, recurring quality issues and customer complaints are all typical challenges that any organization can face.
Through 10, half days of interactive online instruction, you will have the chance to become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an indispensable champion for continuous improvement in your organization. Your perception of your work processes, products/services, and clients will be transformed. Using powerful tools and methodologies, you will identify waste in a process, develop strategies to get to the root cause of problems, and learn to lead multidisciplinary teams.
