Join our small, close-knit, creative and intellectual community and dive into Homer, Plato, Dante, the Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, Machiavelli, Algonquin myths, Shakespeare, Mozart, Mary Shelley, Picasso, Rushdie and more. Study ideas from ancient Greece and Rome, ancient India and China, the European and Islamic Middle Ages, the Renaissance, Reformation and Enlightenment, to present-day Canada and America. Small classes, regular discussion groups and close attention from your professors will help you excel in this writing-intensive program.
