Description | Aircraft turbine technicians inspect and troubleshoot issues with aircraft engines and mechanical systems, and modify, repair, and overhaul turbine engines. You will learn the techniques, procedures, and documentation requirements you need to work in the growing Aerospace industry. Students train on a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-20 turboprop engine. Depending on your lab progress, you may also train on the Pratt & Whitney PW100 turboprop engine or the Rolls Royce 250 turboshaft engine, or both. | | |
