| Description | This entry-level program would appeal to individuals desiring to work in a customer service position, as a passenger ticket agent, in a reservations or ticketing department within an airline or a related tourism company. This course will provide basic skills required for those interested to work in an entry level position within a travel agency.
Students may enhance the Tourism Certificate program by combining it with the Flight Attendant Pre-Employment Diploma to increase employment opportunities with the airlines. | | |
