Prerequisites Notes | Applicants should be Christian men and women who are intent on learning more of God, His Son, and the Christian Scriptures, have made a profession of faith in Christ and desire to learn about service to Christ and people and possess a grade 12 diploma or its recognized equivalent. If English is not your first language, a 60% in Alberta English 30 is required.

Description | This program is designed to prepare individuals for pastoral leadership in the local church, or for graduate study at seminary.
Students in the B.Th. will: demonstrate competency in understanding, interpreting, applying, and communicating the biblical message, express a Christian worldview, experience located ministry, analyze various cultural contexts for ministry with particular emphasis on Canadian culture, articulate the principles of the Stone-Campbell movement within the larger context of Christian history, demonstrate a willingness to love God and serve people, demonstrate the basic skills necessary to effectively equip others for service and ministry, practice discipline in developing a spiritual life that fosters personal and professional well-being; and develop the skills and attitudes of a life-long learner. | | |
