Description | This certificate is designed to meet the growing demand for Spanish/English and English/Spanish translators, one of the by-products of the North-American Free Trade Agreement, and of the increasing globalization of international markets. With an anglophone and a hispanophone stream, the program will give you practical, university-level training in the field of translation including linguistics, cultural, and translation skills. It will also benefit working translators seeking formal professional training. The certificate is recognized and supported by the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). | | |
