| Prerequisites Notes | To be eligible to participate in the Canadian Resident Matching Service you must be either a medical student or graduate having obtained or obtaining a medical degree by July 1 from a Liaison Committee on Medical Education / Committee on Accreditation on Canadian Medical Schools (LCME/CACMS) accredited school, a school of osteopathic medicine or an international medical school.

| Description | The family medicine experience will include 16 weeks experience in the family medicine teaching unit and community practices and will include a rural experience in one of several sites of our residents' choosing. Throughout the two year program there will be a 1/2 day per week of call back to the Family Practice Teaching Unit. Specialty rotations will occur at one or more of the University-affiliated teaching hospitals. | | |
