Description | The students will participate in the preparation, cooking, cutting and presentation of the menu items. Each class will include discussion of ingredients, information, techniques and tips needed to complete the class. All menus are made with fresh, authentic and when possible, locally available ingredients. Recipes will also be included. | | |
