- Ontario Secondary School Diploma with a majority of senior credits at the College Preparation(C), University Preparation(U) or University/College Preparation (M) level or Mature Student Status (age 19 or older). If applicant is a mature student, he/she must have completed the required prerequisite course(s), their equivalent(s), or have obtained appropriate Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) Certificate program credits.
- Grade 12 English: ENG4(C) or ENG4(U)
Although not required for admission, the following are considered assets:
- Grade 12 Mathematics: (C) or (U) or Grade 11 Mathematics: (U) or (M);

Description | As a student, you'll train to become a law clerk, assisting lawyers in private law offices and in the law departments of government and industry. You'll acquire an understanding of the general principles of law and receive specific training in the skills appropriate for law clerks. You will use your well-developed literacy skills in every course as you interpret detailed instructions, both verbal and written, and prepare a variety of legal documents and letters. Your fluency in English is critical for your success and there is a high focus on communicating effectively from the beginning of your program to graduation. Areas of concentration include Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law and Litigation. | | |
