Description | Sexuality Studies examines intersections of sexuality with ability, age, class, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, health, nationality, race and religion. It takes into consideration sexual desires, acts, identities, communities, and movements. This interdisciplinary field explores cultural, economic, geographic, historical, literary, political and psychological dimensions of sexuality, while also investigating sexual dimensions of arts, economies, histories, literatures, politics and psychologies. As a graduate, explore your career in areas such as health and medicine, social work, social services, counseling, law, politics, government, activism, journalism, communications, media, and sex education at the local, regional, national, and international levels. | | |
