Description | The Chemical Engineering programme has a strong Materials Engineering component. Nuclear and Environmental Engineering are also included to reflect the spectrum of chemical engineering interests of value to the Canadian Forces and the Department of National Defence. In addition to the basic Chemical Engineering core, the programme emphasizes the areas of corrosion, fuel cells, batteries, alloys, polymers, ceramics, composite development, explosives. Combustion processes, nuclear energy applications and environmental stewardship. All these areas highlight the unique nature of the Chemical Engineering degree at RMC. | | |
