Prerequisites Notes | Acting Program Specific Entrance requirements:
- Have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Be able to pass the Wonderlic, a superintendent approved qualifying test if high school was not completed.-
- Letter of recommendation
- In person audition required. If out of town, applicants can send in audition to view through email by vimeo or youtube

Cost | Students who have been accepted into the program will receive their enrollment contract by email.
This contract must be signed and delivered to the Academy’s administration office. You can mail to: 1179 King Street West, Suite #215, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 3C5, attention: Admissions Division or email it in.
However if you decide to email the Original contract has to be delivered to the Academy by first day of class.
Tuition fee of $7,300.00 is to be paid first day of class which shall also be the orientation day. Report to administration office by 9:30 a.m. on the start date to process payment.
Students who are on a payment schedule must have the contract delivered minimum ten days prior to training in order that the Academy can set up a payment schedule for the student. Academy accepts certified cheques, money order or credit card payments. | | |

Description | Our intensive, hands-on camera training, full time four month program is designed for film acting students to learn what is necessary to succeed in this highly competitive industry in a relatively short amount of time.
In addition to receiving quality instruction on a variety of essential acting skills and camera techniques, students will finish the program with two edited scenes for their professional demo reel. Students will have an opportunity to audition and work on set for non-union projects as well to be introduced to talent agents, producers and directors through Toronto Academy of Acting for Film & Television’s vast professional network. | | |
