Description | The Diploma in Real Estate Business, Finance, and Investment provides a curriculum that encompasses all of the issues involved in the business of real estate, including the financial development of real estate assets, decisions about investing in and disposing of real estate, and in the management of real estate asset portfolios. This program offers students the opportunity to follow an inter-disciplinary program of study that enables them to understand the physical development or real estate, real estate finance and investment, and the business management of real estate companies. The variety of courses are drawn together around clearly identifiable core themes, in which capability and skills can be encouraged, fostered, developed, and demonstrated.
Graduates are equipped with the depth of knowledge that will enable them to enter the workforce competently, with a range of subject, intellectual, and professional skills. It provides a broad scope of knowledge to enable them to enter the professional field flexibly, with sufficient background to find a career in real estate finance, investment management, or asset portfolio management. This scope of background also enables students to adapt their career trajectories to build on the range of their competencies.
