Description | Red River College's Language Training Centre offers several full-time English for specific purposes programs from basic to advanced levels. They are designed to meet the language needs of students who have specific goals for studying, working, and living in Canada. Communication for Internationally Educated Health Professionals is a part-time program that supports the communication skills of international medical graduates preparing for medical assessment and examinations in Canada. The program helps you to develop the communication skills you need to conduct effective interviews in your Canadian medical practice, and will explore the legal and ethical issues in Canadian medical licensing exams. Hospital tours, guest speakers, clinical assessment simulations, lay language, case studies, and oral presentations are all features of the program. | | |
