Description | Oxford College’s Community Service Worker (CSW) diploma program gives you the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to create, implement, and oversee a variety of social and community-based programs. Our program combines classroom learning and practical training to prepare you to better serve the community.
You will develop skills in client assessment, proper referral procedure, monitoring clients’ treatments, and evaluating treatment effectiveness to help change people’s lives for the better.
